It would be the equivalent of going to the store to buy spices to an already cooked meal and adding said spices vs planting the herbs and other plants needed for the ingredients, caring for them and waiting for them to grow mature enough to bare all the ingredients you need, then going to a butcher to slaughter the meat yourself, get the right cut of meat, then finally cook all of it together so that you can have your own meal that you created yourself without anyone else's help.

Wed 12th Jan Found the person who has no idea the tremendous amount of effort it takes to create a (good) videogame!Ī mod that adds multiplayer to an already existing game vs creating an entire game from scratch with your own ideas, art, sounds, AI, everything.

I am not against emulation but if i want to be informed about the subject, ill go on other sites or Discord. News here shold focus on things we all can enjoy in our nintendo consoles withouth any modification. not on an 'official' nintendo news website. but constant weekly news about moding the original game should be on emulation or rom forums. this is NOT an emulation or mods news website. and withouth the ability to receive criticism and improve ourselves we would not have personal growth. withouth the posibility to critique we would be living in a totalitarian state. i think critique is one of the fundamental freedoms in a healthy society. Since when critique it means i am yelling? or attacking? i am not.

It's still in the early stages, so there's no release attached to it just yet, but if we get any updates, we'll be sure to let you know. One thing the creator has been working hard on is 'enemy health syncing' - so players can participate in battles together. While there are definitely some sync issues, it's all work in progress. With this in mind, a modder by the name of Alex Mangue (in collaboration with Sweet and Ethi) recently uploaded some clips to show what they've been working on (thanks for the tip, project was originally teased by the creator last November and in the latest video update, you can see a group of players are now running around Hyrule together. As you might recall, someone last year offered $10k to anyone who could create a mod for BotW that made this happen. One thing we're yet to see though is multiplayer support.

The mod support for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild over the past few years has been outstanding.
